About the UK Fast Growth Index
The UK Fast Growth Index, run by Ideas Community in partnership with UBS, ranks the UK’s fastest-growing independent businesses by percentage growth in turnover between 2022/23 and 2024/25. To qualify, firms must have generated at least £250,000 in turnover in 2022/23 and £1 million in 2024/25, be independent (not a subsidiary or division of another company), and trade from one of the UK’s seven nations and regions: London, the Midlands and East of England, the North of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the South of England and Wales. Figures are verified against Companies House data or by the firms’ accountants. The Index comprises the top 50 firms in each nation and region, alongside a UK Top 200.
