The conversations that matter most in your organization aren't in anybody's library
Build roleplays around your own products, policies and people - for any team, in any language, written by the people who know the work. Same avatars, same scoring, same analytics as everything else on the platform.

Generic scenarios produce generic practice
Our library covers the conversations most organizations share, and it's where nearly every customer starts. But it doesn't know the objection your buyers actually raise, the policy your agents have to hold the line on, or the conversation your clinicians dread.
When a scenario is nearly right, learners notice. They practice a version of their job rather than their job, and the practice stops transferring.
Waiting on the vendor doesn't scale
Scenario-by-scenario professional services means weeks of lead time and a line item every time your product or policy changes.
Most authoring tools need an instructional designer
If building one takes prompt engineering skill, it gets built once by the person who championed it and never again.
An AI that invents your policy is worse than no practice
If the character or the feedback contradicts what your organization actually tells people to do, you've trained the wrong behavior.
Describe the conversation. Edit what comes back.
Easy Generate takes a plain description of the session you want and drafts the whole thing — the character, their position, the situation, and a first set of scoring criteria.
Your team then edits it like a document. No prompting skill, no code, nobody from us in the loop. Most customers have something deployable inside five minutes, and the first one is usually built during the demo call.
Or start from a library scenario and change the parts that don't match your business.
Describe your session
"A regional manager tells a long-serving store supervisor that their site is being merged. The supervisor is loyal, respected by their team, and will push hard on what happens to their staff."
Choose the environment
Choose who they talk to
Set the scoring criteria
Five scoring criteria, in your own words - generated as a starting point, then edited to match your framework.
What your team controls
Every part of the session, set in a form by someone who knows the business rather than someone who knows the tool.
The situation
What's happening and why
The brief the learner reads, what they're trying to achieve, and the constraints they're working under.
The character
Who they're facing
The avatar's position, what they know, what they'll concede, and how hard they push. Pick from ten avatars and eighteen rooms.
The measure
Five criteria, your words
What this conversation is judged on, written to match your competency framework rather than a generic rubric.
The rollout
Who gets it, and when
Publish to a group, a region or the whole organization from the admin dashboard. Edit and republish once you've seen the results.
The scoring is yours too
This is the part most authoring tools skip. A custom scenario is only useful if it's measured against what your organization means by doing it well - otherwise you've built your conversation and scored it on somebody else's definition.
Each scenario carries five named criteria written by whoever built it (+ a Delivery score), and every session comes back scored against them with a written explanation of what the learner actually said.
What customers have built
Over 2100 custom roleplays are live across our customers. These are the patterns they fall into.
Sales and revenue teams
Your products, your objections
Discovery and pitch conversations against a buyer who raises the objections your team actually hears, referencing your pricing and your competitors.
Customer service
Your escalation policy
Complaints where the right answer depends on what your organization permits, so agents practice holding a real line rather than a generic one.
Healthcare and care providers
Patient and family conversations
Diagnosis discussions and difficult news, built around the pathways and language a specific service uses.
Leadership development
Your competency framework
Appraisals, restructures and performance conversations scored against the behaviors your organization already promotes people for.
HR and wellbeing
Conversations managers avoid
Recognizing burnout, responding to a disclosure, handling a grievance - rehearsed before the real one arrives.
Universities and business schools
Your modules and assessments
Scenarios built into a curriculum, scored against the criteria a cohort is actually marked on.

"The participants truly enjoyed it! The avatar was brilliantly done – it challenged them, frustrated them, and kept them completely engaged, which was amazing to witness... Thanks again for all your effort and creativity."
