Sales training
Your reps shouldn't hear their first objection on a live deal.
Sales teams rehearse discovery calls, objections and negotiations with an AI buyer who pushes back. Every attempt comes back scored, so enablement can see who's ready before they're in front of a customer.

to build a buyer around your product
Roleplay with the sales manager was never going to scale
Every methodology rollout ends the same way. Reps learn the framework at kickoff, then try it out loud for the first time on a prospect it took a quarter to generate.
The usual fix is to have managers run practice calls. Three things get in the way.
Managers don't have the time
Frontline managers carry a number too. Deal reviews win every time, and practice quietly drops off the calendar.
A colleague isn't a buyer
They know the product, they don't hold a budget, and they let the rep off the hook on the hard question.
You find out on the call
Call recordings show you what went wrong after the deal slipped. Nothing shows you who was ready before it.
What a practice call actually looks like
Short enough to fit between pipeline reviews, and close enough to the real thing that reps get the same nerves.
01
You assign the call
From the library, or a buyer built around your product, your ICP and the objections your team actually hears.
02
They run it out loud
Real voice, real time, five to ten minutes. No script, no audience, as many attempts as they need.
03
The buyer responds
To what was actually said. Pitch too early and they disengage. Ask the right question and they open up.
04
The score arrives
Within seconds: five criteria chosen for that call, with the line from the conversation behind each one.
Runs in the browser, on a tablet, or in a VR headset. Nothing to install before the first session.
See who's ready before the quarter starts
Win rates tell you how the last quarter went. VirtualSpeech tells you which reps can handle the conversations the next one depends on.
- Skill movement by rep, team and region
- Readiness for new hires during ramp, before they take live calls
- Skill gaps across the team, so coaching goes where it's needed
- Exportable reporting for sales leadership and the people who approved the budget

The buyer has a position, and a reason for holding it
This is the line between a roleplay and a product quiz. The AI buyer has a budget, a status quo and a reason to say no, and the call goes wherever your rep takes it.
Some scenarios change what the buyer brings up each time, so the second attempt isn't a rerun of the first. Reps can't memorize their way to a good score.
Example scenario
Renewal at risk: a VP facing a cheaper quote
Dana is three weeks from renewal and has a competitor quote that's thirty percent lower. She isn't hostile, but she's done the maths.
Defend the price and she goes back to the competitor's number. The call becomes a discount negotiation.
Ask what the quote includes and she admits it drops the onboarding her team relied on, which is the conversation you needed to have.
Scored on acknowledging concerns, questioning to uncover need, articulating value, handling the price objection, and agreeing next steps.
Feedback a rep can use on the next call
Not a percentage and a thumbs up. Every call is scored against named criteria, with the line the rep actually said and what to do differently.
A discovery call is scored on questioning and listening. A negotiation is scored on holding value and trading concessions. The measure fits the call.
Example: Discovery call, first meeting
Overall: 7.8
"You followed up on 'manual reporting' three times before moving on, and got to the cost of it: two analysts, every Friday."
"You played back her priorities in her own words before proposing anything."
"You closed with 'I'll send some info over.' Proposing a date with the finance lead in the room would have kept momentum."

Built around what you actually sell
The library knows how a discovery call works. It doesn't know your product, your pricing, or the objection your buyers raised all last quarter.
In Roleplay Studio, enablement builds the buyer: their role, what they care about, what they'll push back on, and the five criteria the call is scored against. If you run a methodology, write the criteria in its language. Scenarios deploy in under five minutes.
Running your own LLM? The buyer and the feedback can draw on your internal playbook and best practice.
