Find out what your people are actually good at

Every practice session is scored against named skills, so strengths and gaps show up in data rather than in someone's opinion - for one person, a team, or the whole organization.

Fourteen skills, tracked across everything they do

Every roleplay, speech and exercise is mapped to one or more of these. As people practice, the picture fills in on its own - nobody has to fill in a self-assessment form.

The criteria change with the scenario

There's no single rubric applied to everything. Each scenario is scored against five criteria chosen for what that particular conversation is testing - so a nursing consultation isn't judged on the things that matter in a sales call.

A roleplay

Example: a manager raising missed targets with a direct report

  • Asking open-ended questions
  • Non-confrontational language
  • Active listening
  • Acknowledging concerns
  • Valuing and motivating

Alongside delivery metrics, such as:

Hesitations

Words per minute

Body language

A speech or presentation

Example: a competency-based interview answer

  • Composure and adaptability
  • Knowledge of the topic
  • Clarity and focus
  • Engagement and enthusiasm
  • Listening and responding

Alongside delivery metrics, such as:

Speaking pace

Verbal confidence

Engagement

A score is only useful next to another score

Every result is shown against the average and top score for that same scenario, so a 6.2 means something. Learners can see where they sit; admins can see which teams are behind and which are pulling ahead.

  • Compare an individual against their team, and the team against the organization
  • See which skills are being practiced most, and which are being avoided
  • Spot gaps before they show up in performance reviews
  • Included as standard with Individual, Enterprise and Education accounts

See it with a conversation your teams actually have

We'll run a practice session and show you the feedback and data that follows it - then a full review of the dashboard and how to identify skills gaps.
