Questions buyers usually ask

1How does pricing work for an organization?

Pricing is based on how many people need access and how you want to roll out. We quote per organization rather than per seat off a list, because a 200-person sales team and a 5,000-person global rollout need different things. A demo call is usually enough for us to give you a number.

2Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes. Pilots usually run for 1–2 weeks, with longer periods considered where needed. There is no minimum purchase requirement or fixed pilot package. We agree the scope around your organization’s evaluation needs.
3How long does a rollout take?
A standard rollout using our existing training library typically takes two weeks. For more complex custom scenarios commissioned from our team, allow 3–4 weeks for design and review. This service carries an additional fee.

Creating a scenario yourself with the Custom Roleplays add-on is a separate process: Easy Generate can produce a scenario in under five minutes for your team to review and refine.
4Does VirtualSpeech integrate with our LMS and SSO?
Yes. We support Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and other learning management systems through LTI or API integration, plus custom API integrations. Single sign-on uses SAML 2.0. A small setup fee applies to integrations.
5Where is our data stored, and who can access it?
Customer data is hosted on AWS in Frankfurt, Germany, for European customers and Ohio, USA, for other customers. Administrators receive core performance data and feedback automatically. Session transcripts, audio recordings, and coaching takeaway plans are shared with administrators only when the learner explicitly chooses to share them. 6Can we build scenarios around our own products and policies?
Yes. With the paid Custom Roleplays add-on, your team can describe the conversation, upload supporting documents through Easy Generate, and edit the scenario and scoring criteria. You can also commission more complex scenarios from our team for an additional fee.
7Do our people need VR headsets?

No. Everything runs in a browser on a laptop or tablet, which is how most organizations start. VR is available for teams that want it - we support Meta Quest and compatible headsets - but it’s an option rather than a requirement, and you can add it later.

8What support and onboarding is included?

Every enterprise and education account gets a dedicated customer success manager and an onboarding sessions for administrators and learners. We run regular reviews to look at how the program is landing.

9What happens to our data if we stop using VirtualSpeech?
You can export your organization’s training records and analytics at any point during the contract and for 365 days afterward. After that, data is deleted according to our retention policy. Earlier deletion can also be requested. We’ll walk your IT or procurement team through the details before you sign.
10What is included in an organizational license?
All organizational licenses include AI roleplays, presentation practice, and standalone skills coaching. Custom Roleplays is a paid add-on. Commissioned scenario development and integration setup carry additional charges, which are specified in your tailored quote.
