Practice Giving Feedback

Practice giving both positive and negative feedback to your colleagues in the workplace. Choose how to reply based on their reaction.

Description

In our working lives, we all need to know how well we are performing, how we could improve, and what support is available to us. This is the cornerstone of feedback.

However, giving feedback to colleagues can be challenging - we don't want to hurt their feelings and don't always know the right words to say.

In this exercise, you will practice giving feedback to colleagues in three different situations, where you'll choose how to respond to your colleagues based on what they say and how they react.

Depending on how you reply, the situation can escalate or resolve itself.

Accessibility

The giving feedback exercises can be accessed from your web browser, no installation or download is required. You can also access the scenarios from virtual reality, if you have a VR headset.
