David Hsu is an experienced enterprise leader with more than 20 years of expertise, currently heading the NA Sales team at Reality Labs. His primary role involves aiding businesses and educational organizations in leveraging Meta's XR product suite to provide innovative solutions. David has played a key role in advancing the use of XR technologies to transform workplace environments, enhancing productivity and collaboration. Through his strategic leadership, David has successfully managed hardware partnerships for major companies like Meta, helping clients unlock the full potential of XR solutions to meet their business objectives. David’s expertise in demonstrating the value of XR for work has enabled organizations to integrate these solutions seamlessly into their operations, achieving significant gains in efficiency and performance.
James Coddington, the driving force behind SkillsVR, has always been passionate about transforming lives through the development of life and business skills. Prior to founding SkillsVR James served as CEO of NZSki, where he led a team of 1,500 staff in delivering world-class snow sports experiences. This deepened his understanding of the importance of creating engaging, high-impact experiences. James’s passion for SkillsVR stems from his recognition of the massive skills gap facing job seekers and the challenges they encounter in acquiring the necessary skills for employment. Disillusioned by the inadequacies of traditional education, James sought a new approach - one that is fun, engaging, and highly effective in delivering real-world skills.
