A 5-minute strength training workout for your voice to get you ready for a presentation, singing, or any type of performance.


In order to perform at your best, you need to warm up your voice. These exercises will help improve your pitch, pace, pause, and projection.

To start, you'll read a poem and record your baseline. You'll then complete several exercises before repeating the poem and comparing the difference in your voice with the first recording.
