Active listening is what makes someone a truly gifted communicator. These interactive exercises will get you practicing your active listening skills in a range of scenarios.

After each listening exercise, you'll answer quiz questions to test how well you listened and understood the situation.

There are 3 different types of active listening you will practice:

  • Recalling the details (4 exercises)
  • Understanding the bigger picture (2 exercises)
  • Understanding subtle cues (2 exercises)

The active listening exercises can be accessed from your web browser, no installation or download is required. You can also access the exercises in virtual reality, if you have a VR headset.
