Rasool studied Experimental Psychology at Oxford University, where he was awarded first class honours for his final year project investigating the attentional processes of individuals in power-manipulated social dyads.

After a year in executive recruitment, he started his career in software development, building up expertise in backend website development and contributing to several open source projects.

He now works as a trainer and facilitator for various training providers including London based Decoded, primarily targeting middle and upper management, focusing on modern computing technologies, including AI, cyber security and blockchain.
